Description

This is a Labor and Materials bid to solicit various trade providers to contract with the District on an "as needed" basis for projects that are not subject to competative bidding thresholds. The form of proposal asks for a % mark up on current prevailing wage. The awarded vendors will have the option to extend beyond the first contract term for three additional contract terms for the same % markup for the future applicable prevailing wage rates if mutually agreeable between the awarded contractor and the District. All awarded vendors MUST be able to comply with insurance requirements and DOL certification as specified in the bid document.
