NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That proposals Supply of Coconut Shell based Granular Activated Carbon (GAC Media) and Related Services for the period March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027, will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority not later than 11:00 a.m. on December 30, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.

As of December 30, 2024, contractors and subcontractors performing "public work" must be registered with the Department of Labor before they start working on a SCWA project. A Certificate of Registration must be submitted with your bid.
