Summary of Specifications:
The Suffolk County Water Authority (SCWA) will be issuing solicitations (Invitation to Bid) within a week in order to proceed to execute contracts which will be funded through the Storm Mitigation Loan Program (SMLP). The SMLP Funds are administered thru the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation and provided to SCWA. As the recipient of funds, SCWA seeks expression of interest from prospective bidders who are certified as MWBE / DBE in the following areas: Concrete, Electrical Work and Manufacturer or Distributor of Generators.
