NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Suffolk County Water Authority (“SCWA”) is interested in seeking the names and qualifications of law firms and individuals interested in serving as SCWA Real Property Counsel to represent SCWA’s interests in real property matters. Selected counsel will be required to work with the SCWA’s General Counsel and conform to the SCWA Litigation Management Guidelines.

Deadline for submission – Your proposal must be submitted, not later than July 28, 2025, 11:00 a.m., EST. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.
