NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That proposals for a Oakdale Multi-Use Building and Truck Sheter with foundation at the SCWA Oakdale Complex, Oakdale, Town of Islip, NY, will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority no later than 11:00AM, prevailing time on June 17, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.

Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites www.scwa.com or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on the public websites noted above.

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on both June 9, 2025, and June 10, 2025, to discuss the specifications/requirements of the contract, inspect existing site conditions, and to address questions relating to the subject project. The meeting will be held at Suffolk County Water Authority’s Oakdale Complex, located on the south side of Sunrise Highway at Pond Road, (4060 Sunrise Highway) Oakdale. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid.
