NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That Sealed Proposals for the Furnishing and Delivery of Asphalt Paving Mixture for Cold Patching to the Suffolk County Water Authority, Oakdale, New York, for the period April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017, will be received by the Purchasing Director of said Authority at 4040 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, New York 11769, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time on, February 16, 2016, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Facsimiles or emails of unsealed proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Details relating to the proposed work are also on file and publicly exhibited at the Office of the Purchasing Department, of the Suffolk County Water Authority, 4040 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, New York 11769 where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application.
