NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for the furnishing and delivery of Waterworks Supplies, Tools and Equipment to the Suffolk County Water Authority, Oakdale, New York, for the period April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017 will be received by the Purchasing Director of said Authority at 4040 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, New York 11769 not later than 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on March 3, 2016, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Facsimiles or emails of unsealed proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites www.scwa.com; or www.empirestatebidsystem.com.
Details relating to the proposed work are also on file and publicly exhibited at the Office of the Purchasing Department, of the Suffolk County Water Authority, 4040 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, New York 11769 where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application.
