NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for the Furnish and Deliver of Fifteen (15)
Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) Systems will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority
not later than 11:00 a.m. on June 23, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read
aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids
via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following
websites www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be
posted on the public websites noted above.
Whereas the Suffolk County Water Authority (Authority) has submitted an application for Water
Infrastructure Investment Act (WIIA) funding, the attached specifications pertaining to required Davis-
Bacon Act and MBE/WBE requirements are hereby made a part of this contract. Bidders must comply
with the terms as described in Contract 8128. Bidders are required to submit the documentation
required as per the Davis-Bacon Act and MBE/WBE; failure to submit the documentation will result in
rejection of your bid.
This document is the rebid of Contract # 8114. Revisions to the original contract are included but not
limited to the items in the summary table below. No Pre-bid meeting will be held for this contract.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid.
