NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That proposals for Filter Media Replacement and Underdrain Modifications at Tenety Avenue Well Field, Lindenhurst will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on February 24, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.

Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on the public websites noted above.

The Engineer has scheduled a pre-bid meeting at the Tenety Avenue Well Field site, located at 51 Tenety Avenue, Lindenhurst, Town of Babylon, NY, beginning at 11:00a.m. on February 7, 2025. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid.
