NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That proposals for the construction of asphalt driveways, paved yard areas and walkways at various sites of the Suffolk County Water Authority in Suffolk County, NY, for the period April 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025 (with option to extend), will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on
February 8,
2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.

Apprenticeship Agreement: The Suffolk County Water Authority requires, pursuant to New York Labor Law Section 816-b, all Contractors and Subcontractors shall have, apprenticeship agreements appropriate for the type and scope of work to be performed under this Contract, that are registered with and approved by the New York State Commissioner of Labor pursuant to the requirements of New York Labor Law Article 23. Evidence of such agreements for both contractors and subcontractors, if any, must be submitted with the bid.
