You may also register your company on our website at www.scwa.com and/or www.empirestatebidsystem.com and request "More Info" on Contract No. 7335.Whereas the Suffolk County Water Authority (Authority) has submitted an application for Storm Mitigation Loan Program funding, the attached specifications pertaining to required Davis-Bacon Act and MBE/WBE requirements are hereby made a part of this contract. Bidders must comply with the terms as described in Contract 7335. Bidders are required to submit the documentation required as per the Davis-Bacon Act and MBE/WBE; failure to submit the documentation will result in rejection of your bid.The Authority has scheduled a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the specifications/requirements of the contract and to address questions relating to the subject project. Prospective Bidders intending to submit a bid shall report on March 30, 2016 to the following location: SCWA Administration Building, 4060 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, NY 11769. Failure to comply with this requirement is sufficient cause for rejection of your Bid.
