NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Suffolk County Water Authority (SCWA), a public benefit corporation based in Oakdale, seeks proposals for Appraisal Services of an abandoned property located at 164 Fifth Avenue, Bay Shore, New York and a property owned by The Roman Catholic Church of St. Patrick of Smithtown.

Deadline for submission – Your proposal must be submitted, not later than April 22, 2025, 11:00 a.m., EST. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.
