Additional Bidding Instructions

The Smithtown Central School District, hereinafter referred to as SCSD, invites proposals from qualified vendors hereinafter referred to as Vendor, to provide LED Drivers for the District. The initial anticipated quantity is listed above, but additional purchases are anticipated throughout the school year.
Prices are to include all shipping charges to the District Warehouse (150 Southern Blvd, Nesconset, NY 11767) and be held until June 30, 2026.
The burden of proof of equivalence rests with the Vendor. Adequate supporting information must accompany proposed equivalents. SCSD reserves the right to accept or reject proposed equivalents.
