Event Note

A mandatory site visit is required in order to participate in this bid. The site visit will take place on Wednesday, May 14th at 1:00pm, please meet at 2 Brewster Rd - main entrance, security desk. Visitation sheet must be signed by both the vendor and the School District Operations & Maintenance representative then submitted as part of the sealed bid package. The only exception is if a vendor is able to submit a previously signed visit form. If the bid submission does not include the signed proof of visitation form, the contractor will be disqualified from the bid process.
