Saratoga County, through its Purchasing Department, is accepting proposals from qualified Professional Consulting Firms to provide engineering and programming services for an upgrade to the Saratoga County Sewer District’s (SCSD) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The work will include: system review and upgrade design, programming and purchasing necessary compatible equipment to ensure a streamlined upgrade with minimal service interruption.
