Description

Saratoga Department of Social Services is seeking proposals for a home-based intensive foster care prevention and reunification program consistent with the definition of Preventive Services in Social Service Law Section 409. The program will provide intensive case management, therapeutic recreation/respite, and social support to families as identified and referred by Saratoga County Children and Family Services.
Proposals, one (1) clearly marked original (with original signatures), one (1) copy, and one (1) electronic copy on a USB (pdf format preferred), will be accepted until 5:00 PM, Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the Saratoga County Department of Central Services, 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, New York 12020. Envelopes should be labeled with the firm’s name and specification #25-RFP-DSSPS-1.
