Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 27th, 2017, at the Saratoga County Department of Purchasing, 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, New York, 12020 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Electrical Work for Back Up Generators, Saratoga County Buildings # 1, # 4 & # 5 covered by specification # 17-PWEBG-4.
A pre-bid site inspection is mandatory. Bids will only be accepted from those contractors who
have inspected the project sites. Pre-bid site inspections are to be scheduled with Mr. William
Benosky, Senior Engineer, at The Saratoga County Department of Public Works, 3654 Galway Road,
Ballston Spa, New York 12020, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 518-885-2235, or at
wbenosky@saratogacountyny.gov. No pre-bid site inspections will be scheduled after Friday, April
21st, 2017.
