Saratoga County is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide services for a system wide I&I study to analyze where potential sources of I&I are located, and develop a plan to mitigate I&I based on those findings. A majority of the sewer system is owned, operated, and maintained by Saratoga County Sewer District (SCSD), however, there are portions owned by other municipalities. These sections will also be included in the study.
