It is the District’s intent to Purchase OEM parts and/or labor for District-owned Chrysler/Dodge vehicles as indicated herein. This contract shall cover parts, not under warranty for all district-owned vehicles as well as parts and/or labor for all Chrysler/Dodge vehicles that may be purchased during the term of the contract.
