The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for:
Student Transportation for 2025-2026 School Year
Bids will be received until 10:00am on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at by Carolyn Mahar at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, New York 10543. On the day of the opening, bids will be opened and read aloud, which will be recorded. The recording will be made available to parties who request it and to all bidders. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the Bid which in the judgement of the Board of Education appears to be in the best interest of the school district.
Specifications and Bid forms may be obtained at www.bidnetdirect.com from cmahar@ryeneck.org or from the district Business Office at, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, New York, 10543. The bidder assumes the risk or any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, as well as improper hand delivery. All bids must be sealed and submitted in envelopes clearly marked with the name of the person, firm or corporation making such Bid, the date and time of bid opening and designated Student Transportation for 2025-2026 School Year
