Rye Neck UFSD is requesting proposals for a five (5) year contract for AHERA Triennial Reports and Environmental Services.
This project consists of work associated with the Environmental Services necessary for Building Repair/Renovation, Roofing Repair/Renovation. These services consist of but are not limited to Asbestos, PCB, Pb, TPH Testing, Pre-Demolition Surveys, Project Monitoring and Air Monitoring.
The following tasks associated with the above needs are as follows:
Asbestos Testing PLM/DS
Asbestos Testing GMR/PLM
Asbestos Testing TEM
Lead, PCB & TPH Testing/Analysis as needed
Pre-Demolition Survey(s) & Report(s)
TEM/AHERA Air Sample Analysis (various turnarounds)
PCM Air Sampling Analysis (24 hour turnaround)
PCM Air Sampling Analysis (immediate turnaround)
Project Air Monitoring Report(s)
Final Reports w/full backup
