Description

Rockland Community College seeks the services of a general contractor (GC) to oversee and implement the replacement of two green roofs, both of which have hidden leaks. The successful bidder will be responsible for soliciting the sub trades needed to accomplish the tasks necessary to find the leaks, repair and replace the roof, and restore the green roofs. These roofs are located over the kitchen prep/ service areas of the main cafeteria in the Cultural Arts Building and over part of the utility plant.
