TFS-2019-01-RFP - Refugee Employment Placement Services

Education Services (OACES) for an employment preparation and job placement services provider to provide on-site services to eligible OACES participants (refugees 16 years of age or older and not full-time students in elementary or secondary school, who have been in the U.S. for up to 60 months from the date of arrival or from the date eligible immigration status is granted.  Eligible participants are required to be residents of NYS regardless of county.)  Services must include the following:
 

1. Provide and document EMPLOYMENT PREARATION services to eligible grant participants at OACES,
2. Provide and document JOB PLACEMENT services to eligible grant participants at OACES,
3. Provide and document CASE MANAGEMENT services to eligible grant participants at OACES,
4. Provide services to ensure 90-DAY JOB RETENTIONS for employed grant participants and document outcomes,
5. Provide services and document SELF-SUFFICIENCY outcomes for eligible grant participants,
6. Provide and document TRANSITIONAL SUPPORT services to eligible grant participants at OACES,
