RCSD Edison Technical & Occupational Education Center 2B (“Project”) includes:
Demolition of existing areas on first floor, structural concrete work,
structural steel, architectural finishes, demolition and replacement of
exterior doors, curtain wall replacement, bathroom renovations.
Demolition of mechanical systems in various areas, new mechanical
systems in various areas, modifications to existing units and distribution.
Demolition of various electrical components throughout the building,
installation of new electrical distribution in various areas of the building.
Demolition of existing plumbing within areas of the building, installation of
new plumbing distribution within the building.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROJECT DOES NOT INCLUDE A PROJECT LABOR
AGREEMENT (PLA) AS A PART OF THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS/REQUIREMENTS.
