Riverbay is seeking a qualified and experienced firm (“Proposer”) to provide New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) Expediting Services under a task-order form of procurement. Under this structure, Riverbay will issue specific task orders to the selected firm for individual projects or scopes of work, allowing flexibility to assign services on an as-needed basis while ensuring consistent terms, pricing, and performance standards.

The selected firm will be responsible for managing the full DOB permitting process on behalf of Riverbay, ensuring that all applications, filings, inspections, and approvals are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
