PLEASE READ THE SPECIFICATIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. LOCATION: Rensselaer County requires the awarded Vendor providing the service to have an office location be within a 30-mile radius of the Rensselaer County Office Building at 99 Troy Road, East Greenbush, New York 12061 or that the awarded Vendor has an additional office location within a 30-mile radius of the Rensselaer County Office Building at 99 Troy Road, East Greenbush, New York 12061. The name, location, contact person and phone number of this service facility must be clearly identified on the Official Bid Form.
INTENT: It is the intent of these specifications to procure Liquid Propane for use at Rensselaer County Facilities listed herein and for use by interested political sub-divisions within the County that elect to make use of this contract. County facilities will purchase propane from the vendor awarded the contract, providing that the vendor meets all bid specifications. The successful vendor must be able to deliver propane to all facilities listed within these specifications at the bid price per gallon of propane gas. No surcharges or additional charges are permitted.
* County Facilities will coordinate any changes or additions for their locations with the awarded contractor.
