PLEASE READ THE SPECIFICATIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

Rensselaer County Archived Records are currently stored at 13 Babcock Lake Road, Cropseyville, NewYork 12052 (Location A). Rensselaer County owns manufacturing and general office storage space which is located at 14 Business Blvd., Schodack, New York 12033 (Location B). Moving vehicles(s) will be required to load the archived records that are stored on approximately 77 pallets from (Location A) and moved and unloaded to the storage space (Location B).
Walk-thru requests and work shall be coordinated through Greg DeJulio, Deputy County Clerk, Phone Number (518) 270-4080. The moving project shall start no later than June 1, 2019.

Rensselaer County requires the awarded Vendor providing the service to be within a 30 mile radius of the Main County Office Facility located at 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, New York 12180 or that the awarded Vendor has a site location within a 30 mile radius of the Main County Office Facility located at 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, New York 12180. The name, location, contact person and phone number of this service facility must be clearly identified on the Official Proposal Form.
