A Pre-Bid Meeting/walk-through for the Project will be held on November 7, 2019, starting at 10 AM at the Suffern High School, 49 Viola Rd, Suffern, New York 10901, bidders shall meet at the main office at the Suffern High School. Attendance by bidders is recommended, but not required, for submitting a bid. Prospective bidders may visit the site during business hours by appointment by contacting Mr. Jim Smith (Suffern Central School District) at 845-357-7783.

Separate sealed bids will be received at the Suffern Central School District, District Offices, 45 Mountain Avenue, Hillburn, New York 10931, until 10 AM (local time) Thursday November 21, 2019 at which time they will publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after that time will not be accepted.

Complete digital sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained online as a download at www.cplplanroom.com under 'public projects’ for a non-refundable reproduction fee of $49.00.

Complete sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from Rev, 330 Route 17A, Suite #2, Goshen, New York 10924 Tel: 1-877-272-0216, upon depositing the sum of $100 for each combined set of documents. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to Suffern Central School District. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs.
