Any bid received after the above-cited time will be considered a late quote and will not be accepted.
The Suffern Central School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received as a result of this RFB. If a bid is
selected, it will be the most advantageous regarding price, quality of service, the vendor’s qualifications, and capabilities to
provide the specified service, and other factors which Suffern Central may consider.
Suffern Central School District reserves the right to award all or any portion of the following contract. If two or more Bidders
submit substantially equivalent bids as to pricing or other factors, the decision of the Board to award a contract shall be final.
The Bid is for a one (1) year period with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods, providing the Bidder and the
District agree on the terms.
This bid is signed by the bidder with full knowledge and acceptance of all provisions of the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS,
special requirements, if any, the bid and the bid forms proper and general conditions.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after bids have been opened on the aforementioned bid opening date.
