The Suffern Central School District is accepting bids from individuals or transportation companies having specific
experience in the area(s) outlined in the Request for Bid.
The objective of this Request for Bid is to enter into a contract with the selected Bidder to furnish coach bus services for
athletic trips, field trips, and other events for the Suffern Central School District as outlined herein for the period of on or
about March 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023 (Partial year) with the option to renew each year for the following four physical
years (2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027) providing the Bidder and the District agree on the terms.
