The County of Oswego, NY is seeking proposals from Professional Engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for a middle mile fiber optic network.
The professional engineering firm will produce any drawings that require a NYS licensed professional engineer or licensed land surveyor to stamp and seal. The Oswego County MIP Fiber Network construction project encompasses NYS, NYSDOT, NYSTA, Rail Roads, Oswego County, City of Oswego, and other municipalities’ property and right of way that may require professional services, in particular underground construction permits.
