B26039 - Decals & Lettering of County Vehicles

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario (the “County”) is soliciting sealed Bids for Decals & Lettering of County Vehicles (B26039). The County prefers electronic submittals via the eProcurement Portal, however, sealed paper bids can be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, January 26, 2026 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read via Webex meeting.

Bid documents and specifications may be obtained from the County’s eProcurement Portal via www.ontariocountyny.gov/purchasing or at the office of the County Purchasing Director at the above-mentioned address.  Vendors requesting arrangements for other than U.S. mail, shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs.
