Summary of Specifications:
In general, this project consists of work associated with vault repairs and pavement replacement at the Onondaga County District Heating and Cooling Plant 601 South State Street, Syracuse New York. Work includes but is not limited to: removal of concrete and asphaltic pavement and associated excavation to expose waterproofing membrane, vault deck and associated construction. Selective removals of concrete elements and associated repairs & restoration, including upper portions of areaway walls. Removal of existing waterproofing and preparation of surfaces to receive scheduled waterproofing. Detailing, flashing, reglets and terminations associated with waterproofing and protection course installation. Replacement and restoration of pavements.
