RFB-5684 - Roof Repairs and Replacements

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Onondaga invites bids from qualified roofing contractors for roof repairs and replacements on various, existing County buildings, on an as-required basis. Bidders, to be qualified, shall have been in business as a roofing contractor for a period of at least five (5) years and shall have completed at least five (5) roofing projects of at least 1500 square feet each using one or more of the roofing systems specified herein. A list of these projects, with Owner or Architect contacts, shall accompany the Bid. Bids shall also be accompanied by a letter from the proposed manufacturer of each of the types of roofing systems specified herein (i.e., three different types of roofing systems – three separate letters), stating that the Bidder is approved or licensed by the manufacturer as an applicator of that respective roofing system.
