Summary of Specifications:
Scope: Furnish Dairy Products to the Onondaga County Correctional Facility and the Justice Center.

Quality of Material: All milk and milk products shall meet the requirements of Part 3 of the Sanitary Code enacted by the Public Health Council of the State of New York. All milk and milk products shall conform to the minimum standards and requirements of the New York State Agricultural and Market Law. All milk and milk products shall conform to the minimum standards and requirements presently established or hereafter established by the Onondaga County Health Department, including inspection requirements. Any local regulations in effect during the terms of this contract are hereby made a part of these specifications.
