Summary of Specifications:
Furnish commercial spill response containment and clean-up services (24 hour emergency) for various petroleum products, hazardous chemical substances, wastewater (in various stages of treatment) sewage sludges and non-hazardous products (listed below) and hazardous/non-hazardous storage tank cleaning and product removal to the County of Onondaga Department of Water Environment Protection. The service may be used by other County Departments, primarily for petroleum products. The Contractor will provide, but not be limited to the following services:
