Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to obtain the most advantageous lease plan for new books for the Onondaga County Public Library. Bids are not acceptable from concerns which service non-library book outlets. Consideration shall be given to concerns that have previously and satisfactorily supplied standard library book lease programs for the character and quality specified hereinafter, and each bidder shall submit with his bid a representative list of libraries wherein he has supplied book leasing programs within the last two (2) years and/or offer a selection of a minimum of 150,000 titles and maintain an inventory of 1,250,000 volumes.
