NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  The New York Racing Association, Inc. (‘NYRA”) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, and support a native mobile application (“Venue App”) that will enhance the on-site guest experience at Belmont Park. The initial build is scoped as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to support digital ticketing, parking access, venue-specific content, and customer communications, with a target launch date of August 31, 2026, to coincide with the Belmont Park reopening. The term of any agreement as a result of this RFP will be for three (3) years from the date of execution, covering the initial MVP development in year one (1) followed by years two (2) – three (3) for enhancements, operations, and maintenance.

This RFP will cover a multi-phase implementation spanning several years. NYRA will include all defined future phases in this RFP and seeks pricing and delivery plans for each. These phases will build upon the MVP foundation and may include features such as food & beverage ordering, a digital wallet and rewards program, digital racing programs, geofencing features, and support for additional venues like Saratoga Race Course. Vendors are expected to design solutions that support long-term scalability and can be implemented without internal NYRA development resources.
