NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to provide pricing for the Rubrik Renewal of licensing, software, and support for a backup solution.
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit pricing and terms for the renewal of Rubrik backup support and licensing for a period of 36 months. This renewal includes continued access to Rubrik's data protection platform, software updates, technical support, and all associated licensing required to maintain our current backup infrastructure. Vendors to provide a detailed quotation that meets the specifications outlined in this request. The term of any contract entered as a result of this RFQ and in each case, shall expire upon the 36th month anniversary of the date of execution of the contract. Date goods must be provided by: 05/31/2025.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on May 6th.
