NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders from qualified vendors to furnish delivered pricing for an assortment of paints and related supplies, delivered to Belmont Park Racetrack, located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, New York, and Aqueduct Racetrack, located at 110-00 Rockaway Boulevard, Ozone Park, New York on an as-needed basis. The term of the resulting agreement will be for two years, starting on January 1, 2026, with a one-year optional renewal at NYRA's sole and absolute discretion for 2028.
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on November 13, 2025.
