The New York Racing Association, Inc. ("NYRA") invites qualified Producers/Organizers of live music performances/entertainment or other companies with similar experience to secure, organize, engage and otherwise oversee the daily musical entertainment and related artist services at Saratoga Racecourse in Saratoga Springs, NY, during the summer of 2026. The terms of the agreement entered into as a result of this RFP shall be for a one (1) year contract. Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, South Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5:00 PM, prevailing time, on Monday, January 12, 2026.
