NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (‘NYRA”) is seeking a qualified vendors to activate during 9-13 family fun days at the Saratoga Race Course during the summer of 2026. These days should focus on family-friendly activations, performances, and shows that fit within both the space and environment of a thoroughbred horse track. Most all activations will take place in the dedicated family fun playground zone at the Saratoga Race Course. Each family fun day in Saratoga should focus on a theme, with supplemental activities and engaging experiences that fit within the theme. The term of any contract entered as a result of this RFP shall be from date of execution until September 30, 2026.
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on December 11, 2025.
