NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc (NYRA) is soliciting bids for the labor, material, equipment, and the necessary supervision for the proper and complete performance of applying coating or polishing materials to concrete flooring on an as needed basis at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Spring, NY or Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be for three (3) years from the date of execution to NYRA’s satisfaction.
NYRA reserves the right to alter quantity in its sole discretion.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on September 5, 2025.
