NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc (“NYRA”) is soliciting proposals for contractual pricing from well-established organizations for the supply of materials for the broadcast of our television production. The pricing and delivery will be for all three of NYRA’s premier Racetrack locations: Aqueduct Racetrack, Queens, NY, Belmont Park Racetrack, Elmont, NY and Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Springs, NY. The awarded bidder of this Request for Quotation will be expected to supply these goods and services under a blanket purchase order. NYRA reserves the right to award this to more than one bidder. The term of any agreement entered as result of this RFQ shall be for two (2) years with three (3) optional 1-year renewals at NYRA’s sole discretion (the "Term").
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on September 3, 2025.
