NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is to soliciting pricing and contract terms from authorized Adobe resellers for the renewal of existing Adobe product licenses for one (1) year to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year(s). This includes Creative Cloud, Acrobat Pro, and any other Adobe software currently in use. The objective is to ensure uninterrupted access to critical Adobe tools, maintain compliance with licensing requirements, and evaluate competitive pricing for continued subscription or enterprise agreement coverage. This renewal will support ongoing business operations, creative workflows, and document management needs across departments.
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on Auguest 5, 2025.
