The New York Racing Association, Inc., and its subsidiary NYRA Bets (collectively referred to as “NYRA”) are registered as a Money Service Business (“MSB”) with FinCen. As such, we are required to develop and maintain an anti-money laundering (AML) program that meets all industry standard requirements. One of the requirements is to independently test the AML program periodically, to confirm the extant efficiency of the AML program's design, policies, procedures and other internal controls. NYRA is seeking a vendor that is sufficiently experienced in performing such testing and has institutional knowledge of thoroughbred horse racing, pari-mutuel wagering and gaming in general. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFP shall be until completion of the scope of work to NYRA’s satisfaction, which in no event shall be later than October 31, 2025.
