Description

It is the intent of Montrose Improvement District to award a single contract to provide all labor and necessary equipment to make emergency water main repairs, within the Montrose Improvement District, as needed. Emergency work maybe required twenty (24) hours per day/seven (7) days per week/three hundred sixty five (365) days per year.
CONTRACT PERIOD
The term of the contract will be for a period of one (1) year with option to renew the agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual consent.
