PRE-BID INSPECTION
It is the responsibility of the contractor/bidder to field verify all existing field conditions. Bidders shall inspect the work site and take such steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature of the work; and general and local conditions which can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve the bidders from responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work.
Bidder must be a licensed dealer operating as a business open to the public and with established business hours.
If the bidder plans to schedule a time to view the trade in items, proof of a valid FFL shall be provided by fax or email prior to viewing. License may be emailed to jennifer.marotta@niagaracounty.com and thomas.huff@niagaracounty.com. After the bidder has provided proof of FFL, viewing appointments may be scheduled by contacting Captain Thomas Huff by phone at (716) 438-3136. Proof of FFL and viewing appointment must occur by no later than 4/2/2025.
The Pre-Bid Inspection will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 2:30 PM.
