BID #20-21-03 - Plumbing Repair Services

The Mount Vernon City School District is seeking a bidder to meet the specifications to provide all labor, and materials necessary for the proper execution of all plumbing repair work. Plumbing repair services shall include but not be limited to:
            1.     Install and repair toilets and urinals
            2.     Repair waste lines
            3.     Repair sinks and basins
            4.     Repair classroom convectors or radiators
            5.     Install and repair faucets and flushometers
            6.     Change traps
            7.     Repair vent lines
            8.     Repair gas lines and controls
            9.     Repair hot and cold water lines
            10.   Clear stoppages
            11.   Repair water fountains
            12.   Install valves
