BID 17/18-07 - PLUMBING REPAIR SERVICES

The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, appliances and services of every kind necessary for the proper execution of the plumbing repair work.  All work will be performed on an “as needed” basis as determined by the district representative as authorized by Director of Facilities. 
 
Plumbing repair services shall include but not be limited to:
            1.     Install and repair toilets and urinals
            2.     Repair waste lines
            3.     Repair sinks and basins
            4.     Repair classroom convectors or radiators
            5.     Install and repair faucets and flushometers
            6.     Change traps
            7.     Repair vent lines
            8.     Repair gas lines and controls
            9.     Repair hot and cold water lines
            10.   Clear stoppages
            11.   Repair water fountains
            12.   Install valves
